Shipping / Billing Policy

Due to the specialty nature of many of our products we will make every effort to ensure our inventory accuracy and share it with you, our customer.  Our on hand stock and its availability is constantly updated on our site.  When we run out of an item our site is setup to immediately remove that item from display on our website.  We will make every effort to ensure accurate and timely inventory updates.

When you place a secure order with PotterHillBarn.com we will verify your credit cards authenticity.  We will NOT charge your credit or debit card until the order has been authorized and shipped.  At the time of SHIPMENT, your credit or debit card will be billed. 

Returns Policy:

We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases from The Potter Hill Barn.  In the event that you would like to return or exchange your purchase we have the following policies.

Full refunds or exchanges will be provided with receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Without a receipt the most recent sale price of the item will be refunded.  Certain exceptions apply:  Open containers of wallpaper, paint, food items, are not returnable. 

It is the customers’ responsibility to arrange for product return.  Returns are also accepted at our physical location.
